From startup to expansion, the Financing Resource Center mission is to increase and improve the small business community’s access to capital, offering a financial assessment so your business can have the best loan that's available with typical loans request ranges from $5,000–$250,000.

Business Classes
To get an overview of all small business services offered at Renaissance, Renaissance Entrepreneurship Center invites you to attend upcoming orientations. Each of their four centers offers classes, workshops and support services to help you build essential skills needed for success. From the SF Fashion Series in SoMa to the Contractors Initiative in Bayview, and the Business Incubator in Mid-Peninsula, and the Spanish language programs Richmond, each Center offers services as unique as the people and businesses in the communities we serve.
Office and Meeting Space (SoMa Center)
In the heart of SoMa (South of Market, SF), their building hosts an array of spaces for your next meeting, presentation or workshop. Private or semi-private spaces accommodate smaller meetings of up to 10, or larger groups of up to 40 people. All spaces are furnished with desks and chairs, and can be rearranged to meet your needs. Also available are individual office spaces for short-term rental. Several spaces also include: Audiovisual presentation tools, dry erase boards, kitchen access, flexible booking.
Office Space (Renaissance Bayview Center)
The Bayview Business Assistance Center (BAC) provides a supportive entrepreneurial community with professional office space. Through private offices and cubicles, shared meeting space, access to technology and our suite of services and peer support, BAC tenants lower their costs while maximizing their growth potential. Amenities/Services include: Furnished offices or cubicles; 24-hour building access; Professional front desk reception; Access to meeting; Teleconference and training rooms; Use of office photocopiers, fax and telephones; Janitorial services; WiFi; Kitchen access; Mailbox services; Great networking; One-on-one consulting (two hours/month)
